Research Computing customers are encouraged to submit their requests to Advanced Campus Services through the help desk so all requests are properly recorded, accounted for, and routed.

When communicating with Help Desk, please mention the key word " Research Computing " and/or " Advanced Campus Services " to avoid misrouting problems. When calling, have your campus ID ready. When emailing, use your official GSU email address.
